Lawn Maintenance Compliance Reminder

This is a courtesy reminder that our Compliance Department will be actively resuming enforcement of lawn maintenance violations throughout the Hillstone Pointe community. As we move through the growing season, it’s important that all homeowners do their part to help maintain the overall appearance and health of the neighborhood.

Please ensure the following areas of lawn care are being properly addressed:

• Regular mowing of front and back yards
• Edging along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs
• Removal of weeds from grass, flower beds, and hardscaped areas
• Proper irrigation to avoid dry or patchy lawns
• General upkeep of landscaping (bushes trimmed, debris removed, etc.)

Homes found to be out of compliance may receive notices, and follow-up action will be taken in accordance with the community's governing documents.
