Copal Culvert

The Hillstone Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. would like to send a friendly reminder regarding the upkeep of the Copal Drive Culvert. We have received some complaints regarding vandalism, trash, and objects/rocks being thrown into the culvert by kids within the community. The Association has spent capital improvement funds on completing phase one of erosion control on the culvert improvement including sediment removal, bank repairs/reinforcement, and installing rip rap to allow water to flow seamlessly.

If you, or someone you know has seen any vandalism or person(s) throwing rocks into the culvert, we ask that you immediately inform Essex. As this can result in a fine to the owner(s) responsible, and or the suspension of rights to use the common properties stated in the CCR’s Section 6.1(a) (b). We appreciate your attention to this matter and helping keep the beautification of the culvert and surrounding common area within the community.
